The Choice Canada Reservations Services Centre is a multi-channel
Canadian-based centre processing transactions by phone, fax, e-mail and web,
365 days a year:

  • Reservations can be made by calling 800.4CHOICE and 800.BO.RÊVES, our toll-free English and French reservation lines
  • Experienced team members handle requests from wholesale partners, travel agents and the general public
  • Reservations services consultants are multilingual and deliver high conversion rates, commission-free
  • Superior connectivity is provided with traditional distribution channels like the Global Distribution System (GDS), allowing travel agents around the world to easily find and book Choice properties
  • We offer franchisees an extremely competitive GDS and travel agent fee
Choice Service Centre

To maintain loyalty to our rewards program, we have a dedicated service centre to assist all our Choice Privileges® (CP) members. CP consultants:

  • Answer all incoming voice, fax, e-mail and mail correspondence from members
  • Process CP points redemption bookings
  • Act as a central contact point for franchisee program inquiries
